Who to contact

Hot Chicks: Foundations is led by Lila Bruk. For questions about your application, access to your information, corrections, withdrawal of permission or deletion requests, contact lilabruk@gmail.com. Authorised programme administrators help Lila operate this website.

Applications and calls

When you submit an application, we save your first name, email, country, browser-reported time zone and consent record in our private programme database. You can discuss your city, phone contact and payment preferences later during onboarding. Earlier applications may include these optional details. We also record whether you applied from the check-in or join page, submission time, follow-up status and any appointment details agreed with you. We use this information to respond, arrange onboarding and discuss programme availability. Applying does not book a call or commit you to payment. Without the required details we cannot process the online application; you can contact Lila directly instead.

Your questionnaire answers

The check-in answers and educational result stay in page memory and disappear when you reload or leave. They are not included in your onboarding application. We do not save a diagnosis, symptom score or inferred menopause stage against your contact details. You can print your result yourself. Please do not submit medical records through the application, community or operational notes.

Member information

Accounts use email authentication. Programme records include your enrolment, access period, lesson completion and weekly actions. You and authorised staff can see private support questions and weekly actions. Community posts are shared within the member community and moderated. Payment is arranged directly by Lila; this website does not collect card details. Payment confirmation references may be used by administrators to grant access.

Marketing is optional

You can apply without subscribing to articles or offers. This application form does not subscribe you to marketing. Any separately provided marketing choice is recorded. To withdraw it, email Lila. Programme and application responses are separate from promotional messages. No automated marketing email is sent by the application form.

Hosting, storage and security

Vercel hosts the website and Supabase stores account and programme information. Lila uses email to correspond with applicants. These providers may process information outside your country, including outside South Africa. Access to the application inbox is restricted to authorised administrators. To limit spam, we process the network address into a keyed, non-readable identifier and record submission-attempt counts. The application database does not store the raw address. Hosting and authentication providers may maintain their own security logs.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we record page categories, navigation destinations, device-size category and traffic-source codes. Random browser and session identifiers help measure visits; they are not linked to your application or member account. We do not send form values, questionnaire answers, private messages or passwords to analytics. Use Privacy choices to stop future collection and clear browser identifiers. Previously recorded analytics are currently retained; no automatic deletion schedule is enabled. Google Analytics measures public-page visits and navigation only after you opt in. Google receives a browser identifier, general device information, sanitised page addresses and referring-site origin; it may process data outside your country. We exclude the questionnaire, member, admin and authentication pages and strip URL queries and fragments. Automatic form/search measurement, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Advertising tools are not connected. Analytics does not run when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Choosing to decline stops future measurement and removes Google Analytics cookies on this site. Google has its own retention settings; the no-deletion setting above refers to our internal analytics.

Retention and your choices

Application and member records are retained while needed for follow-up, programme delivery and relevant record-keeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw optional consent, using the contact above. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes; we will explain any applicable restriction. No automatic deletion schedule is currently enabled. You can also raise a privacy concern with South Africa’s Information Regulator.

Other services

The optional AI guide remains disabled. A separate explanation and consent step will be required before any conversation is sent to an AI service. Appointment scheduling and payment follow-up are handled by people in phase one.
